from the island of flowers

Description

Portuguese traders in the 17th century anchored at a place they called “Cabo de Flores” — Cape of Flowers — on a 570-kilometer long island 300 kilometers east of Bali and the name Flores stuck for the island itself. The coffee plants they brought with them were crossed with coffee strains from Java to produce a bean with chocolate, floral, and mild earthy notes that distinguish it from typical Indonesian coffee. It’s a Prof. Coffee favorite that has been out of stock for several months due to lack of supply, but now Bouquet is back just in time for spring blooms!
